Nowadays, plastic surgery has become an extremely popular and powerful procedure for people, especially for women, to fit in their notion of beauty associated with gender, race, ethnics and social class. Plastic surgery pressures people to appear more physically attractive to model ideals and be more socially accepted in society, as beauty is a construct based entirely on childhood impressions, influences and role models. Some other people in their futile attempts of meeting these ideals with dieting and exercising, are drive them to physically alter their appearance by plastic surgery.
